Filmmaker Aaron Russo examines the process of taxation and the state of freedom in America. He seeks proof for his belief that there is no law requiring citizens to pay federal income taxes, and that current and proposed identity laws are eroding civil liberties and turning the U.S. into a fascist state.
The late political activist and filmmaker set out on an eye opening journey to find the evidence. This startling, non-partisan examination of government exposes the systematic erosion of American civil liberties that’s taken place since 1913 the year the fraudulent Federal Reserve System (a privately held, for-profit corporation, NOT a government agency) was first created by bankers, for bankers, as a lender of last resort that enabled failing banks to be bailed out at the expense of the public.
Through interviews with U.S. Congressmen, a former IRS Commissioner, former IRS and FBI agents, tax attorneys, and authors, Russo sheds light on the fraud and deceit of the Federal Reserve System (“The Fed”) and its banks, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), income tax (16th Amendment), and offers a glimpse of the police state tactics that have become our way of life.
I chose to use the full version rather than the condensed. Most of you will not take the time to watch it. Those that do will be shocked and enlightened.
